Comal Inn - New Braunfels

Breakfast is only offered for the first morning, so be prepared to figure out your own meals after that-a bit of a surprise. Beds on the softer side may not suit everyone, especially if you prefer a firmer mattress.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the farmers market on Saturday morning, river and downtown shops, bars, restaurants and a really excellent authentic Mexican restaurant called Cancun.

The cottage was huge and reasonably spacious, with a microwave, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities. The stuff was amicable, excellant, and everything was perfect. The location was great and stunning, close to everything, in the lovely area.

Our Texas Cottage was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with everything we needed. The inviting front porch was perfect for enjoying the chilly mornings with a cup of coffee.

We had to make additional plans for the remaining mornings.

The room was cozy, with a super comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities like a well-stocked fridge and delicious pastries from a local bakery. The peaceful patio was perfect for relaxation.

The One-Bedroom Cottage was a fantastic spot for our family. We loved starting our mornings on the adorable front porch with delicious pastries from the local bakery. The place was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which felt a world away yet was close to the attractions like the McKenna Children's Museum and Landa Park. A huge highlight was the inviting shared spaces that made it easy to relax after our outings.

My stay was wonderful, especially being just 500 meters from the New Braunfels Art League Gallery, where I enjoyed a lovely stroll, and a short walk to the lush Landa Park, perfect for an afternoon in nature.

The Juniper room exuded tranquility and had a comfortable bed, beautiful decor, and a lovely porch perfect for morning coffee. The owners provided complimentary treats from a local bakery.

The Classic Quadruple Room was super comfy! The decor was charming, and the bed reminded me of heaven after a long day. I loved the private outdoor sitting area-it was perfect for morning coffee. Plus, parking right outside was easy. Only downside? Could've used a bit more space for our things.

While our overall experience was positive, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat unreliable .
